SUNSLICED is different. We tapped into the Sun's natural ability to gently preserve freshly picked fruit. We select just the right spectrum of light to keep the colour and slowly evaporate moisture.
This results in a garnish with ultra-long shelf-life that brightens up any drink. In recognition of the higest quality, we partnered up with Mixologist's Garden to bring the complete range of garnishes to every bar.
By using only selected range of the sunlight, our fruit retains wonderful colours.

Mass-produced air-dried garnish is normally dried in ovens, a process that destroys aroma and discolours fruit.
SunSliced is preserved using only a limited spectrum of light, gently maintaning colours and aroma.

All fruit is grown in the South African sun, harvested when ripe and gently prepared in our facilities there.
