Preserved using only a specific range of sunlight to prevent browning and to deliver an explosion of aroma and vivid colour. All fruit is grown in South Africa, only a short distance from our facilities.

Most air-dried fruit is discoloured when dried in the oven. We rely on sun's power to bring out the colours, aroma and flavours.
We only use specific range of sunlight- not too bright, not too harsh to gently preserve the fruit.
